Being Asked To Fund A Private School

My stepsons partners mother is a interfering person all round. She has messaged my husband on face book and asked him to fund private education for their son who is my husbands grandson.
She was told no its not possible but is still trying to persuade him.
She is even saying we live well and my wage isn't even needed.
My husband has spoken to his son and he says he doesn't want him to go private it is her interfering.
I just want to tell her to get lost. She has even suggested us and her and her husband sell half of our properties each so the kid can go straight to a private one when he starts school then go on to university at 18.
I think she is dead cheeky.
I have a daughter who is 19 later this year and starts university this year I never paid for her to go private so why should this kid be any different?
Britain is great but Manchester is greater

I wondered how long it would be before we were "treated" to a new thread, after seeing the OP posting on another thread! :rotfl:

Why tell us how you feel - tell your stepsons-partner's-Mum.

Bit early for the gin and Thorntons isn't it?
  • If your stepson is aware of the problem of this lady meddling, then surely he should be the one to put matters right. I wouldn't bat an eyelid at her demands and I certainly wouldn't be upset by them.

I think it's all code - the stepson's-partner's-mum is really after a bit with the hubby ...

    Or the stepson ...

Maybe the doddery old [STRIKE]uncle[/STRIKE] brother in law?

Block her on FB and don't reply if she contacts you or your husband through any other medium.

Get on with your life without making a drama of someone else's ideas.
