Morning :hello:
Moorhen The others aren't following my freezer rules so I've started to check it every couple of days and put things back in their proper drawers
redruby Poor Evie  I hope the new vet can sort her out quickly xx
nmlc mr tru is the same with food, he got so bad (or good?!) with the moaning that one day I stopped cooking for him. It's demoralising and I wasn't going to put up with it. I make sure there's plenty of food in the fridge and freezer and people can help themselves to whatever they fancy.
Scampi wouldn't go to his bed last night, he's really taken to his tent and has decided to sleep in it. Just hope he loves it as much when we put it in the car
The bells aren't working at all, he won't touch them. He's started to make a bit more noise when he needs to go out though – it's like he knows I need to hear a signal but has chosen to whimper louder instead, lol – so still a good result
Yesterday, everything irritated me. I was a right misery and I plodded through the day wishing bedtime would come sooner. I've woken up in much better mood today
It's very misty here at the moment. I have two loads of washing to do, if the mist doesn't clear in the next hour I'll assume it's here for the day and will hang the washing in the house. I'll make a start on that paperwork today, I'm not going to plough through it though – I'll do 30 minutes per day til it's all done.

Good morning to everyone,
After a lot of rain last night, the sun is coming out. DH has gone to work, children still in bed.
I'm off to stay with my mum in Somerset for a few days, as I haven't seen her since October, so want to see if she's okay as she's 83 but manages very well on her own.
I was sorry to read of JackieO's sudden loss.
Belated birthday wishes to those who've had a recent birthday.
Candlelight, I do hope MrC is continuing to improve.
RR sorry to hear about little evie, I do hope the other vet will make her more comfortable.
Hugs to everyone.
DS has bought 3 dwarf hamsters on Sunday, they are so tiny, but very cute.
Anyway, I had better get on and get ready to go as its 170 mile drive, so am feeling a bit worried going on my own.
Have a good day everyone, and I will try to pop back during the week.SPC 11 #4450 -

Good morning! Happy Tuesday.
Dumpling - Very productive. Cleaned the fridge out by 6.20am!!
red ruby - Aw sorry to hear that. Trying a different vet sounds like good idea. Fingers crossed.
ancientofdays - Another super productive person in the morning, wow. Putting me all to shame.
Judi - Hope you're ok. It's days like these along with birthdays, christmas' etc that prove most difficult.
Busy day with work today, should hopefully fly in and I'll look to follow that up with a trip the gym and a healthy dinner of sorts. Need to get my finger out and apply for a HTB ISA and also get a bunch of stuff on ebay that I said I'd do.

Have a wonderful Tuesday. There's many people in this world in far worse situations than us so lets take a couple of minutes to be thankful for what we have.0 -
Morning ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) if you need one.
It appears to have rained in the night, its so dark and dreich I have the light on in the kitchen and sitting room!!
Pacemaker clinic today, also need a quick visit to Aldi for a top up shop and Wilko's OH needs some grass seed and that's the only place you can buy it loose.
I have to write up sheets on quilting in the ditch and FMQ for the group next week. Think I am going to have to take my main machine, I cannot move the needle across on the other one which is a pain when you are using a stitch in the ditch foot.
I was having trouble down loading my embroidery design, crack it so spent most of mt 'free time' yesterday getting them into 2 files on my lap top, have also transferred the files onto a USB stick, so I have a back up. Expecting the stabilizer and under thread to come today, so I can play.
thinking about getting ready for our trip at the enf of next week. OH will bering in a couple of the folding crates from the shed. I need to find the list of stuff we used to take to the caravan and also do a list of clothes, will take manily warm clothes it can be very chilly on the east coast.0 -
Morning all
Off to Knole Park today, with flasks and picnic 😀
Quite warm in the sun down here on the coast. Did a lot in the garden and greenhouse yesterday, and DH worked on allotment.Need to try and find a a few clear days to go away in caravan.
Thinking of you JackieO, and Judi and Gers, and anyone else who is having a tough time.Carolbee0 -
Tumble dryer delivered and the old one taken away. It was on its last legs anyway but the previous tumble dryer (same make) did set on fire so i dont feel like ive robbed them of too much.
Upstairs windows cleaned and gleam.
My wardrobe sorted. I have had a few things recently and needed to sort them into complete outfits. I'm sick of going to the wardrobe and pulling out something and wondering what best would go with it.
I'll do the downstairs windows later.

Back from the pacemaker clinic and a side trip to Aldi. Clinic went ok, next appointment 6 months.
I found a card through the door to say that flowers for me had been taken in by our friends at No12. I could not think who might have sent me flowers, its not my birthday.
I was very surprised and touched to find they were from a 'friend' on this board. I had sent her a couple of things for her new home.
They are beautiful and look very elegant in the cut glass vase on the dresser in the sitting room.0 -
Redruby I'll continue sending healing to Evie; hopefully seeing a different vet will help; sending a gentle cuddle for the wee lass.LW I am going to give my knee try out with the painkilling gel today, watch this space.Scampi wouldn't go to his bed last night, he's really taken to his tent and has decided to sleep in it.
