TSB 2 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA

I've got a question about the TSB 2 Year Fixed Rate Cash ISA.

It says it pays an annual interest rate of 1.60% AER. Then on maturity it will mature into a Cash ISA Saver without the bonus that pays an interest rate of 0.20% AER.

My question is, after the 2 year period, could I get another 2 Year Fixed Rate ISA so the interest rate would remain at 1.60% AER or is this interest rate only available to people who are getting a 2 Year Fixed Rate ISA for the first time?

You will be able to transfer to any other ISA that allows transfers in at the time. What the interest rate of such an ISA will be is anyone's guess.
