    Judges aren't interested. They have so many parking cases clogging up the system they just want to get them over with on the relevant facts.

    The POPLA debacle would be totally irrelevant.

    As WH are allowing at least some appeals, I would use them, then kick off with complaints if the decision or process is dodgy.
