Turn off EE packs

My father has a PAYG SIM with EE (only network with decent reception where he lives) - according to what I read on the web I should be able to disable packs (which expire and he's a low user so a waste of money) via the web interface but I cannot find it (it would be torture trying to get him to text STOPPACK to 150 over the phone).

Where is it in the interface?

There are virtual networks working on the same signal, e.g. Delight Mobile known for the lowest pure PAYG charges, the same as Three's 321 (3p/min vs EE's 30p/min ).

I guess he needs to register for an online account: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/login-dispatch/#ctnSignUp

If you don't want a pack any more, you can simply remove it. This means that when your current pack ends, we won't renew your allowances.
You can stop your next pack from starting through My Account on ee.co.uk or the My EE app. Your current pack will continue until it ends or all your allowances are exhausted.
Log in to My Account, click Pack and add-ons in the menu, and under Next pack, click CHANGE or REMOVE.
Or text STOP PACK to 150.
