Claim and POPLA advice

I have a CCJ against me for 1 ticket but I have more tickets that I wish to appeal against using POPLA before the CCJ goes ahead for the 1 ticket, Can you appeal multiple tickets at once using POPLA?

I also stupidly threw away most of my NTK's so I don't know reference numbers will I need all of them for POPLA? also if I threw them away can't I just request them from the Parking company using a part 18 request?

When you say "a CCJ against you" what exactly do you mean?

Have you been to court, and lost?
Have you been taken to court without knowing and now have a default judgment against you??
Or have you simply recieved a court claim?

The info you have given is so sketchy that it is impossible to give you any advice at all.. other than:

Read the NEWBIES thread at the top of this forum. Read it carefully, and you may need to read it 2-3 times before you gain a proper understanding.

Once you have, come back here and post again giving the relevant information, including approximate dates.

If you are at POPLA stage then you will have all the refs on the rejection letters.

Doesn't sound like you have POPLA codes? Are you at a stage you can appeal? Have you appealed them and got a rejection letter for each?

Do you mean a CCJ (judgment already made against you) or do you mean you have court papers you must urgently acknowledge & submit a defence for?

My apologies for not being clear enough, I have a claims letter against me for 1 ticket, I've acknowledged the Terms of service but not filled in the defence section yet . I want to appeal to POPLA for my other tickets, I have read the Newbie thread but couldn't find info on whether you can appeal multiple PCN's at once, I have not appealed anything using POPLA but want to but I don't know whether I need reference numbers regarding each ticket, which is why I'm wondering can I ask the ticket company (prefer not to name) for a reissue of all the NTK's IF i need them

If they are all ParkingEye they send a reminder after 14 days anyway. Or were they another PPC? All the same company?

You have to appeal each separately.

Oh I think I understand now that I must have appealed to the Company first before appealing to POPLA, sorry just panicking here. If this is the case can I ask the Company for a re issue of all of my NTK's , would this be a wise idea? could I also appeal all of my tickets to the Parking Company in one letter (some are for different reasons but I could appeal like this: Paragraph A regarding tickets x,y,x

Paragraph B regarding tickets a,b,c

We need dates for the events. It may be that POPLA is no longer an option due to time since the ticket was issued, so we need for each ticket:

PPC
Date of parking event
Date of Notice to Keeper (assuming they were all postal tickets and not left on car)

Telling us the name of the PPC will give us a better chance of guiding you more accurately.

Is the PPC the same which has issued court papers?

How old (approx) are the tickets you want to appeal at POPLA?

Each ticket needs to be dealt with separately at both PPC and POPLA level.

OK, so POPLA is no good as you are way out of time and UKCPS will not issue a code.

Have you appealed any of the tickets or had any contact with UKCPS at all?
