I never trust the first coat because I find that its never the right shade/hue.... The 2nd coat I did start to question but again always leave it 24hrs as the drying out process also changes the colour! By that point I just could not be bothered and the Mrs quite liked it so...

Cracked Clay 3 looks flesh coloured to me, clearly pink. My monitor could have a different setup though, which is why looking at colours on PCs is a bad idea. Even colour cards are useless other than for a general idea, as a tiny square of colour will always look vastly different to 4 walls of it.

Looks pink to me too but, as already pointed out, monitors differ and Mrs Le_Kirk tells me I have no sense of colour anyway (which is why she chooses, I apply) but I would have gone for either of the colours either side of Cracked Clay provided they don't come out too blue.

...Guess I'm just looking for any advice from any males who have pink in their living rooms, and how it turned out. Does it work with greys? Is it too girly? That sort of thing. Thanks

We once painted a dining room in a previous house what can best be described as 'hot neon pink'. My husband was not affected in anyway by this colour and in fact he liked the colour better than I did.

I think you are stressing too much about things especially as it is only slightly pink.

Looks pink to me as well.

As said above Dulux will replace it if you are not happy.

I understand you have to send them a picture and explain why you do not like it and they will send you a voucher for you to replace with another colour.

Definitely a pink hint to that

Charcoal grey and lime green go very well together. I'd get another tin and paint over the pink.

Your colour scheme looks amazing! I am stealing your idea as I was going to paint my lounge grey and you've confirmed that it's a good choice.
