    Did you win?

I never win in the bookies  Which is why I was all too glad to just never go to the Betfred shop ever again! :D

Security are utter morons, they think they have a licence to kill - i was followed all the way around sainsburys by a security guard, i got tired of him so i turned round and sure enough he was 3 feet behind me, i stared at him, and he muttered "Alright mate" and nodded, i told him "Your not my mate, get off my back"

He did leave me alone then, no more following me and no more "mate" stuff - i don't go in that branch anymore. Its small, and expensive compared to supermarkets anyway.
    Owed out = lots.

    How predictable.
The ops question is about customer service.
The company claim they use a 5 point procedure as a training aid.
I'm sure the Op " doesn't" want to go off on that tangent.

Just like your post with the usual edits you carry out after.

No tangent, actually the OP brought the matter up. Not following company policy does not make something illegal.

the fact the stop was Illegal (as confirmed by the security company) because some over zealous guy on the end of a camera failed to follow a required 5 step procedure before stopping me.

Oh, and don't be so petty picking up on spelling/grammar. Although I suppose you never make an error.

I will say this only once.
I'm not interested in " debating" with you .
If you want to quote the op, I suggest you address your points to her.
She may want to "debate " with you.
EDIT !!(You've joined this thread at post 41 quoting my post
    Not the other way round.);)

Well then take legal action against them. If you don't know what actions then to take or no one on here can tell you then what they did obviously wasn't illegal.

I was pulled over by customs on re-entry to the country after my holiday, along with about 5 others who were clearly drug mules.

They made me open my bag and didn't say sorry when they found nothing untoward.

    Can I get compensation?
