How long will Cameron stay at No.10

The disclosures about tax avoidance hasn't reached Tony Blair. But it has ensnared one of his successors. Sad but true.

I'm not a betting man, but if I was I'd put money on both the Tories AND Labour having new leaders by the beginning of 2017.

I've gone for the last option because I don't think they will change between now and the referendum. After that and depending on the result, they can choose a leader. I know that's within 3 months, but I've given time to take stock.

What tax avoidance? Like the media you need to get your facts right. Been a quiet news week due to Easter holidays.

Can't see any reason for labour to change horses

And the reason to keep money offshore isn't secrecy or paying no taxes...?

He's always said that he is not going to stand for a third term, so at some point during this term they will need to select a new leader anyway.

Therefore I think the when is flexible. If this washes over and becomes yesterday's news, then he'll probably survive. In politics in the UK at the moment we are lacking in leaders, for any party. So nobody is going to have him on the ropes over this or any other issue any time soon.

FWIW I think the Brexit vote is the bigger risk to him. If he loses that, he will almost definitely have to go sooner rather than later.

The media are out in force today against him too. Yet, he doesnt actually appear to have done anything wrong. Focus on his mother gifting him money as PET. That is quite normal and covered within UK tax rules and commonly used by many parents when they get older.

A lot of the articles appear to be written by those that seem to confuse financial planning to reduce taxation with tax evasion.

Putting money in an ISA is tax avoidance. So, will the media start to go on about that soon?

Jeremy Corbyn's strategy of not talking about Europe and letting the Tories score the blows for him is working perfectly.

That might be political genius, or a complete fluke due to the fact that he's no lover of the EU. But one way or the other he's not in any immediate danger.

As for the poll, it remains open until after the EU referendum, so I'll vote on it then ;)
