Please do, given your obvious dislike and disinterest in anything to do with public transport one has to wonder why you bothered to post in the first place, wasting not only your time but ours.

You know you enjoy being pedantic ! I will make a suggestion to MSE to see if we can get the cycling section sent over with the sport and fitness section where it belongs. Ours is an active sport not a public transport issue. It has nothing to do with public transport at all apart from that some people will walk or cycle to work if its near enough.
I see now, at peak period for any forum, there are only twelve active users..thats pathetic ! shows how boring it is, only a few die hards are interested.

and what does it matter that after getting all the advice for times and prices you carry on and buy the ticket in advance. You are just making spurious points for no other reason than to be pedantic in the extreme. Now you re being silly over the phrase "booking office "
Let me get this straight, you want to call a website that gives journey time info, but does not sell tickets, a "booking office"?

    Err... okay.

OMG I think I will butt out of this forum section its full of public transport railway geek types. I m only interested in cycling anyway, I m not a railway buff prat. Its a pity the cycling forum has to be lumped into joining you lot of pedants and your boring time tables and railway rules. We need a separate forum heading with other active keep fitters.
How do you know I'm not someone who cycles to work everyday, is active and keeps fit, and who runs sporting activities as part of my job?

Its weird why someone over at MSE forums should think that cycling and public transport should be together, we should nt be mixing with you lot on the buses and trains anyway.
Shouldn't we? And who is "we" and "you lot"? How do you know I'm not a cyclist who has taken my bike all over the UK?

Or maybe many of the people who are interested in (or forced to purchase, or who are involved in retailing) public transport fares are at a dedicated Fares, Ticketing & Routeing site for it, rather than here?

    You don't half make assumptions!
