Virgin Media leaving CREDIT

I've left VM :j
They sent a final bill though which has a credit for £44 (a tad odd as my normal bill wasn't that much)
Will they pay this into my bank account or should I chase them ?

EDIT: To my surprise I got a cheque today (May) without chasing them.
