Credit agreements RED???

Hi all,
Had a look at my equifax credit report, while going through the process of trying to purchase my first house. I have 3 bank accounts, and a credit card of £250 which has been paid of at the end of any month that I've used it. 2 bank accounts are all green and 1 has 3 months of an agreement to pay ( I have since closed this account as well as one of my other accounts though)
My problem is everything is green within the credit agreements, but it shows as red on the section button to click into the report? I did have problems 7 years ago with something but that came of my report 1 year ago, any ideas as to why it is still red and what I should do if anything to get it sorted?
As always all helps massively appreciated!

it is probably the impact of the 'agreement to pay' was this where you were unable to meet the contractual payment and instead paid a reduced payment?0

This was with an agreed overdraft 3/4 years ago that had gone overdrawn and I hadn't noticed. So agreed to pay the full overdraft + charges of over the 3 month period. As I said I've cancelled that card now so when the credit report updates should everything go green as the account is closed and won't appear? All this credit report stuff confuses the life out of me!0

Nope it stays on your file for 6 years whether open or closed.
I used clearscore the other day and it mentioned a closed account, I thought
thats new to me. Turns out to be a catalogue account I had a long time
ago and totally forgot about. Seems they only recently closed it.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I had a couple of Arrangements to Pay a few years ago when I got into financial difficulty.
Even after I'd paid any outstanding balances (and were marked as "Settled") they remained on my Equifax until a period of six years had passed (as posted above).
As time passes the effects will become less of a problem in terms of obtaining credit but might be worth your time contacting a Broker when it comes to obtaining a mortgage. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history.
