    DS makes a good point.

    It would be worth him continuing to claim Income-based ESa (although no payments will be made if in the WRAG) as this will gice your partner NI credits towards his State Pension.
    Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

    And will also allow payment to restart if allocated to the Support Group at any future reassessment (which will happen periodically, even though he is not getting paid). If he closes the claim he will find it very difficult/impossible to reclaim in future while you are still working 24 hours a week or more.
