Interesting EE limited time SIM offer

EE have a web only SIM deal that runs until 14th April, it's for unlimited calls and texts with 16 GB of data for £19.99/month on a 12 month contract. I guess the 16 GB can be used for tethering too. It also includes calls and texts while roaming in the EU (although it doesn't mention data roaming).

That looks like a good deal for heavy users!
