Good Morning all Promising to be a nice day here today
I m off to Oswestry this morning to visit a nutritionist/herbalist. Got an hours consultation for £20 but hopefully worth it for me. When she asked me what some of my problems were I said have you got the time lol. She ll have her work cut out with me
Apart from problems I've mentioned on here there is the eczema or whatever at the back of my ears and in my scalp that stings like hell when I get hot and botheredand my nails which have started splitting before they have chance to get long.
Ooh that sounds like psoriasis which can be affected by stress I believe.0 -
Good morning Elite :hello:
The sun is shining brightly here, if there was a frost this morning I didn't see it as I'm just up out of bed
Ended up reading last night after I arrived at the terminus, thank you for unlocks, I'm ready to play again
No plans for shopping today but will need to go tomorrow and stock up for the weekend
Happy shopping
Hugs to those in need
Take it careful outside tweets, don't want you slipping over on the way to work X
Off for a quick catch up and drink my coffeeThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

1x Jordans Fruit & Nut Muesli (620G) £2.79 £1.39
I actually have some Jordans MOCs - two £2 ones from a problem I had last year - cant think what it was now so I could do a
sada v !!!!!! shop
I think a few things on the Shopotize list were same price sada and !!!!!! ????
not been in sada for months - we have a new very small sada about 10 mins from us which is OK for getting the odd cashback items but that's about it.
also now wondering about the pile of festering receipts on my desk - possibly APGs not printed off ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

TrulyMadly wrote: »Is the John Smiths Golden Ale on COS any good. I know everyone has different tastes but is it something that would be generally acceptable for your usual beer drinkers?
I've bought it for COS and OH says he will drink it but I tried to offer some to eldest son on Friday night but he sneered at it - said it was an old blokes drink
so not acceptable for bright 20 somethings
Eldest son was going out of the door and wanted to know what alchol I could give him - the cheek! he rejected the cloudy cider and john smith golden ale, bombardier si he went off with some Malibu cans and a stray toffee apple cider that was from COS a while back ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. thanks for this - careful list making needed.
I've been hanging onto the Jordans MOCs waiting for a good offer and I had them on my !!!!!! list but even better if I can get them from sada
not done a proper sada shop for so long
the receipt pile on my desk, goodness knows the age of it ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
