There was more in another shop that they were going to do me a price on, but I had a lift home - so will call in tomorrow.

That's the Dual Fuel discount. You'll also have a discount if you've registered with our website for paperless billing. Worth £5 per fuel per year.

Your Standing Charges will be on page 2 of the bill under 'The details.' They'll be shown separately for the electricity and gas. It'll be the number of days since the last bill followed by the daily rate.

Glad you've checked out the 'Direct Debit Manager.' Totally understand what you mean about keeping warm but it's there if you need it. :cool:

I have boxed mine up and booked the courier, I think it contains 5 cups, saucers, sideplates and a milk jug.:) I just hope they get there in one piece!
