Hi. Help section suggested it needs to be an iPhone.
Might give up too
Thanks
It worked for me on an android phone today. I didn't have any problems getting it to work, not that that helps much though...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Don't know if you saw my edit? Chargeback may still be an option, depending on how the card was used through PayPal.0 -

The French Brie at £5/Kg was still around today in M - however the single item of stock I found at £5/Kg had a use by date of today so, in effect, it will now be £7/Kg which is the price on the stock with use bys from 14 April onwards (there doesn't seem to be any use by for 12 April or 13 April).
I'll call it off. It was on today, at the time of my own price collection, but now it will not be - you needed to get in just before closing time and grab that £5/Kg unit of stock at much cheaper price in that store I think!0 -
Oh, I am efficient:D. I've taken the BB of the 66p plant I found in the first store and also taken the BB on the 66p other plants in the last store so we can see if they match up later:rotfl:.0

Dont know if this is any different to the MSE site, but its from 'Which'
Payments through Paypal
If you use your credit card to pay for something through PayPal and the funds go direct to the seller, then as long as the company you're buying from has a 'Commercial Entity Agreement' with Paypal you may still be able to claim against your credit card company under Section 75 for any misrepresentation or breach of contract. There are arguments that having another party involved in the process takes away the Section 75 protection.
PayPal offers its own buyer protection scheme, called PayPal Buyer Protection, so it's worth checking if you'd be covered by that if you have a problem with your purchase. If you particularly want to have the protection of Section 75 then look to pay the trader direct with your card.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Oh Rhos, I'm so sorry, sending positive thoughts their way that something works out for them. xx
Sorry I can't be of any other help I don't have a clue on this sort of thing. I know it is always in the back of my mind that I should use credit card if I can. Just shows we never know when we may be caught out. :mad:0 -

I think your daughter needs to open a dispute with PayPal.
Someone more knowledgeable will I am sure answer soon but I believe PayPal almost always agrees with the purchaser in disputes.
Sure credit card should cover the costs for service not provided though.
Sorry you are having such problems.

Did your dd pay an invoice via paypal or did she transfer as personal so caterers didn't pay paypal fee? If she paid an invoice then she needs to open a dispute.
If she paid via personal/family route then paypal will not cover the cost but I am sure her credit card should.
