dont know if you mean low spend or value but i got some of the frozen fish the other day which is 5 boxes for £6,also some of the sausages are half price and can go on your pyo.i know they are not mega cheap but they are nice.:)

Yes she is doing remarkably well, she goes to work for a couple of hours each day, takes the dogs out twice a day, her neighbours and friends have been brilliant too, should think she only has to cook a couple of times a week as someone always invites her or pops something round, it was just the grocery shopping she found really hard, but i have been getting her some bit and bobs or hae it in my stash:rotfl::rotfl:
Green burial is booked for the ashes too , thats not till summer solstice though as he was a Pagan x

I am well, although I did have some Cage rage last night. I found a bag of wool that was tangled to the hilt. Took me 5 hours to unravel it all Also about to babysit my nephew, the little menace :rotfl: How are you?

My mum had this done. She is very bad with pain and scared of operations, however she said it was very quick and simple. She wishes she had done it months before she did when she initially refused. She was fully recovered in very little time. HTH and good luck x
