I'm the same - its partly because I only have a small kitchen and most of my gadgets are in the adjoining little utility room. Its the faf of getting them out. My worst thing is the portable double induction hob that I got to save electricity with the big hotplate. Also, I've never got to grips with my Air Fryer - I can do chips but thats about all. (I'd love a few tips re that one !)

I've taken a copy of the lasagne recipe and will give that a go when I get back from holiday.
