    Yes

I just chop up aubergine, courgette, red or yellow pepper and mushrooms. I use jars of pasta sauce ( still have some free napolina ones ). just pour some past sauce ( about 1/3 to 1/ jar ) into bottom pre heated sc. Then add uncooked lasagna sheets. Scatter chopped veggie on top ( as much or as little as you want ). Then tear a ball mozzarella and scatter over. Repeat to use all ingredients. Top with grated cheddar and maybe a sliced tomato.
cook on low for 4 hours. Half way through press down any bits of dry lasagna sticking up. If there is a lot on condensation dripping on to it then just put a teal towel under the lid. Ill find a pic of the last one I made and post later. off for an eye test now.
It makes quite a stiff lasagna good for cutting and both of my children and their partners love it.

Recipe just posted. i also have a joint of belly pork in a eldelflower sauce just gone in and a basic sausage casserole for my mum.
My daughter is veggie but not her hubbie and he loves it too. Taking lasagna, belly pork and possibly a lamb dish to London with me Tuesday for the new parents.
last week I took chicken in honey and soy with veg ( sc), mac and cheese ( sc ) a gammon joint ( sc ) and my sis made our dads italian meatballs and sauce and my chef sister made them a tofu, polenta and veggie meal.
That was monday and i dont think they have had to cook anything else since. I am also going to get my son to take me to Argos to get them a sc.

Morning, very frosty here but sun shining so looking good for a braai this evening. We've got some lamb chops (a huge treat) bought with a voucher for an excellent butcher that oh won at golf.
Off for a walk in delamere forest with a flask soon.
    Donated to the hospice yesterday.
Hope everyone has good weather to enjoy their Sunday:)

That's about the only SA word that I know. Enjoy it.
