You are correct Wacky, I picked up the wrong quorn pieces (I didn't even know there was a vegan variety), never mind not the first time I have bought the wrong thing and won't be the last.

Quorn have committed to changing ALL of their products to Suitable For Vegans (SFV) over the next two or three years. At moment just the chicken style pieces and, I think, chicken style burgers. They will use corn starch rather than egg white to bind products but they say a world shortage of corn starch is only thing delaying it at moment
