You are correct Wacky, I picked up the wrong quorn pieces (I didn't even know there was a vegan variety), never mind not the first time I have bought the wrong thing and won't be the last.0 -

Quorn have committed to changing ALL of their products to Suitable For Vegans (SFV) over the next two or three years. At moment just the chicken style pieces and, I think, chicken style burgers. They will use corn starch rather than egg white to bind products but they say a world shortage of corn starch is only thing delaying it at momentMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
