Does he not give you all the instruction manuals? Most boiler reinstalls I've done have had to have this provided, as the commissioning data and guarantee form the last few pages...0

All the manuals for the boiler are there but isn't it standard practice to make the client aware what to do/change/look for? Or am I being silly?0
