has anyone any experience of Flow's new boiler? I'm considering replacing my 10 year old CH boiler and wondering if Flow's offer is worth considering . LPG is my fuel.

There is a lot of discussion about Flow boilers on the Green and Ethical forum. A few cons:
1. You need to be a high gas user to get any useful FIT returns. Flow quote 30000kWhs/year plus.
2. New technology.
3. Expensive compared to a modern condensing boiler.
Pros:
1. Will generate up to 2000kWhs per year but the boiler needs to be on.
2. Get FITs but amount is under a public consultation. Usually this results in a fall in FITs.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
thanks. I already have solar panels and am getting maximum return inflation proofed ( I e original 45p/kw). and I have solar hot water heating. Can you translate 30000 kws/annum into kgs of propane gas?0

13.9kWhs per Kg of propane gas but I could be wrong. ( it was nothing more than a simple Google)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
