NODDLE.CO.UK - Says I'm Already Signed Up??!

Hi All,
So I recently applied for a fake job, sent off my scanned passport for a DBS check that the fake company had referred me to and also paid a fee for it. I quickly realised that the job and the businesses/websites involved were fraudulent. I've contacted my bank, reported the company/people involved etc. This all happened over the course of last week.
Action Fraud recommended that I sign up to Noddle.co.uk so that I could get free credit reports and check if there was any strange activity (i.e someone applying for loans in my name). Unfortunately because I was so worried and upset that I had been scammed, I went and cancelled my debit card (my only card). Because I'd cancelled my card last week, it wasn't until this morning that I was able to apply for Cifas Identity Protection and also apply for Noddle.
Last week out of desperation and to see how the application was, I made silly feigned attempts to sign up to noddle (but couldn't, because you need a card to do so). I finally received my new debit card today and tried applying for Noddle again, but it said my email had already been registered! When I went to 'forgotten username', it asked me to answer a 'memorable question'. The question was - where were you married? ...I've never been married!
Is there a chance that someone's already registered with my personal details??
I wasn't too bothered about paying for the DBS, my main concern was ID theft! Is there a Noddle customer service team I can speak to personally? Thanks in advance!

You would need to speak to call credit since Noddle is part of them.
