It does seem so much longer. I can never get through on live chat, always says they are unavailable. Suppose we just have to wait it out but it's annoying especially when every year he has received within a week!0

Anyone else checked today? Mine has changed to bank now and issued with a date for 2nd of may so god knows when it's actually clearing in bank0
