Go in through gateway in the way you have, right at the bottom it says submitted returns and view tax years overview.
That should bring you to the normal green menu.

Was issued this morning and cash hit my account at 6pm today. 13 days after filing 6 of which have been weekends/holidays. Not bad going HMRC.0

In your browser type 'HMRC sign in'
Click on 'sign in'
Enter your user ID and password,
You are now on the 'at a glance' page with your name at the top.
Click on 'view account '
Click on 'repayments'
If this does not work you need to go and speak to whoever processed your claim.0 -
