Still pending for me and my mate 7th aprill submitted and repayment submitted on 28 april cause they put my money again in credit after repayment pending. And now is down on repayment pending. For my mate 2 repayments submited and still in credit. No answer for this! Bad joke!

At a completeguess do they mean the online service?

If it was me I'd ring and find out to see what team and if the payment is going to get processed anytime this year!

Have they fobbed you off in past Mrs Kelly? Can't believe i haven't heard anything back at all, ever. No messages nothing and have rang loads. What the hell is going on over there

They fob me off all the time, I must have about 7 messages in my inbox all saying different things with different dates on. I don't know if its worth ringing as they just tell you anything to get you off the phone. I might have to put a letter of complaint in.
