    Shock horror! Pending ....

The gentleman on the phone this morning informed me my return was only submitted yesterday. So it will be released for payment on the 25h of May....... then he added..... unless it needs to go for security checks.

I would cry if it werent so ridiculous.

Keep calling. Multiple times per day. You just need to get a competent person who can and will move things forward. 99% are lazy jobsworths trying to fob you off. I got luck on one of many calls and got a lady who pushed it through.

The lady I spoke to on Friday told me she was going to put a referral to the team dealing with it? Is that something they said to you

Yeah had that weeks ago. It goes nowhere and they ignore it. Keep calling.
