definitely do not make amendments I rang them and they did it on the phone last year and ended up having send all my books do not make changes i'm still waiting for last years and juat submitted this years.

Its been 10 days since I called them. Last time I was warned that by calling it increases the log file on a claim and can lead to it being picked out for further checks.

Well the news today is that its been through security and now is with final back office team and should be paid out shortly. He said - Not long, two weeks at the latest but not as long as the 18th of June as quoted.

I am not filled with confidence. :S

Called again as wasn!!!8217;t feeling to certain about the last conversation.

This time they said yep it left security and was refered to someone else and I should wait will June 18th again.

Anyone else had this? What are they checking?
