Hi to everyone , flying visit after a long day with awful weather . Need to sit down and breathe .

Dumpling Well done for making the effort . If it is severe anxiety and panic attacks you suffer you have my sympathy . My youngest has had them since childhood but strategies do eventually minimise them - she has learned coping mechanisms over the years and will now tell me when she feels overloaded or hemmed in . I think with time and patience you will feel much better.

Evening everyone.

The rain this morning cleared to sunshine for a few hours, which was nice. Went to craft group this morning but did more chatting than crafting.

OS today kitchen cleaned, dw emptied and clothes put away.

Sending hugs to Gers & judi, thinking of you both.
Candlelight, hope dh is improving.
TA - hope dh goes on ok at hospital tomorrow.

Redruby - poor little Evie, hope she's ok.
