UKCPS - This could be an interesting one

  • Just an update for completeness.

Based on a bit of discussion with Coupon-mad, we decided to throw in an IAS appeal.

Bottom line was that the PPC had the wrong post code on the NTK, and we sent what I thought was a pretty cut and dried winning appeal.

Well would you believe it - it got rejected ha ha. Absolutely perverse decision, they did not even consider the non compliant NTK.

Further evidence folks of the lack of credibility of the IPC / IAS.

I actually really hope that they take a punt on this one with a court claim, I would love to see the reaction of a judge if he saw their 'case'

So UKCPS, if you're reading this..............

BUT .... you gave it your best shot, you tried and did not ignore.

IPC/IAS are simply scammers who pretend to be professionals, of course they are not.
UKCPS are just as bad and are in cahoots with the wild bunch.

You will now start getting letters from stupid debt collectors which you can ignore. If you get a threatening letter from Gladstones Solicitors then the scam is confirmed as Gladstones and IPC/IAS are all part of this Laurel and Hardy set up.

Judges are now aware of the IPC/IAS/GLADSTONES joke

No he won't. Read the thread.

And you do not ignore - you read the letters, decide what they mean and file them away in case you need to refer to them.

    Who told you this?

Whilst cheerleading for the Prankster is admirable as is your commitment to positive messages, unfortunately reality beckons.

Tickets issued, claims issued and most importantly court hearings are running at 30% higher this year than last.

It is important that people deal with these - as will judges - on the merits of each case. Don't be fooled into thinking that judges will do anything other than follow court precedents, no matter what they may think privately.
