Help Please. Single Yellow with unclear tbar

Hi guys,
In desperate need of some help here. I have amassed four parking tickets from wandsworth council which I have already appealed and they have all been rejected. I was parked on Furzedown rd sw17 and my rear bumper was unknowingly over a single yellow, with my back wheel just on the yellow line, although upon returning to the road I have taken pictures of the tbar which is incomplete. so my wheel was not touching the yellow line. do I have a case or should I pay at the reduced fee??? Your help would be most appreciated as I feel these tickets most unfair.

Start a new thread after registering on pepipoo. INCLUDE PICS OF BOTH, YES BOTH, SIDES OF THE PCN:

They get most people off most PCNs with advice on appeal reasons that have legs. A dodgy T bar is NOT a reason to win because as long as the line is 'substantially compliant' an adjudicator would say it is OK.
However, if your bumper was overhanging the line and your wheels were NOT on the line then that is a reason for appeal ('de minimis'). An overhang should not result in a PCN. And pepipoo might find you more.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi there,
Thankyou for your response, I registered on pepipoo. I will start a new thread on there. From the picture on the website it appears as if my wheel is on the line but because it has worn away that is why it is not. does this make any difference???0 -
It would be worth arguing under 'de minimis' IMHO. See what pepipoo posters add.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep - he'd have to change http to hxxp on here though as he can't post links, unlike on pepipoo.
Easier perhaps to show us his pepipoo thread link with pics directly on there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
