TalkTalk issues continue

So I've had TalkTalk since 18th January and it's been issue after issue ;
The latest issue is a complete joke however. I have continuously been in touch regarding the poor speeds and keep being told to wait 24 hours for a manager call back. Over the course of the week I've been allocated 3 different complaint reference numbers to which all remain 'Open'.
I've now been told that if these aren't rectified within 28 days then I can leave penalty free ; however I never believe anything this company say.
I then spoke to an advisor who said that the only way to improve my speed was to sign up for their fibre as they could see after looking at my account they could offer it to me free of charge as a goodwill gesture. After 30 minutes on chat going through the t's and c's etc, I was told it was not available to order and all they could do was place a note on my account to offer this to me when it does ..... which could be another year away!
I then got back in touch today via the phone rather than the live chat as I've had enough..... to be told to wait 24 hours for a manager call back.
Cannot seem to get anywhere.
Oh and before TalkTalk care get in touch.... I am not DM'ing you on Twitter either as that never seems to do anything either.
- Router was faulty so sent a brand new one
- Fault at the exchange which took a few weeks to fully solve
- Extremely slow broadband speed - as low as 1.1mbps most nights making the connection unusable for Netflix etc
- Failed manager call backs ; currently standing at 7 failed callbacks in the last week!
