    The rate changed as from 6th April so you should get 6 days at the new rate and 1 at the old. I assumed that the pension was paid monthly. I'm not aware of the pension being paid in advance. If it is, then the whole week will be at the new rate.

    there is no part payments as all rates change from 11 april 2016, anybody state pension age before April 2010 still get it paid in advance, so some people will get the new rate if paid on Monday 11 on a weekly basis
