First house, 3 bed, but with dodgy bedroom dimensions making the room use awkward - 10 years.

New house, still 3 bed, but three full size double bedroom, new house is 110% on top of the price of the first house...

First: 3 bed semi about 7 years
Second: 3 bed detached bungalow about 10 years
third: new detached four bed about 6 years
Fourth: a dilapidated 3 bed chalet bungalow which we extended to large four bedroomed property. This property wasn't mortgageable.(sp) when we bought it about 7 years
Fifth: 3 bed bungalow about 7 years
Current house was a 3 bed bungalow with 1 reception room but now it's a four bedroomed, three reception rooms. 8 years.

We've done all the houses up apart from the new one.

We've never gone up in price when buying because of buying wrecks and moving areas.
