I got appointment to attend at M & S assessment for the position of Customer Assistant.


it says there will be a role play to assess your customer services skills and i'm a little concerned about it - anyone been through this and can give me some tips?

Hello,
Ive just been given at christmas temporary job at my local store as a customer assistant. I have my induction and training on monday and tuesday so what will i actually be doing? Also the induction starts at 9am on monday but I have been told to arrive a bit early so how do i get in the store? will the main door be open or how do i get inside? I also need to know this because after my training on wednesday i start at 7am in the morning which is two hours before the store opens, so how do i get inside the store?? Is there another entrance??
