Done the sky expert chat and have managed to get the family bundle for half price.. £18 for the 12 month contract. Plus £25 voucher.
From the savings I made in negotiating new BT contract ended up saving money overall. So happy and found the issue with the TV was the scary cable connection and not the TV.
