Yes, of course, as per the 'Successful Complaints about PPCs' thread linked fairly near the top of the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread telling you how to get this cancelled and showing you hundreds of cases won this way. People get these cancelled every week by landowner/retailer complaints and they certainly should support a regular customer by calling PE to cancel it.
PE will not accept your appeal unless you showed them proof of patronage (such as your Casino members card, that sort of thing). You can add that to your appeal by emailing PE:

But also require the Casino Manager to step in.
Avoid saying rubbish like 'this was totally my fault'. NO, IT WASN'T.
