A garden pop-up gazebo? Everything will get damp, as it doesnt have a built in ground sheet, and if youre planning on sleeping with car doors open into the gazebo, the interior of the car will get damp too.

However vehicle wise, the citroen berlingo, has sliding doors and the rear seats go flat, but unless you are short you wont be able to lie down in the back.

Kia sedona is one option, espec if you have the captain seats as you can turn those to face into the rear of the car, recline, then just sleep in them (similar to beds on a plane)
