EE Osprey deals?

Hi everyone,
I am looking for the best deal on a 24 month contract with EE for the 4G Osprey mobile broadband. I use about 30 GB monthly. The best deal I can see is via Topcashback - £28 a month for 32GB with £68 cashback.
We live rurallly and paying BT nearly £40 a month for broadband no faster than 2mb/s and upload of about 275kb/s, yet we get an EE 4G signal here with about 35mb/s and upload of half that... so it makes sense to change.
Anyone know of any better EE deals?
