    (Virtually) retired couple in not particularly large three bedroom detached house, gas CH with combi boiler, gas cooker, electric shower, dish washer about every other day, computer on roughly 15 hrs per day. Usage over last 366 days:

    Gas: 11,250 kWh (£360 at current rates);

    Electricity: 2,975 kWh (£310).

    Tariff: B Gas collective fix Feb 2017

    2nd December 2008 - Meter reading - 1021.83 kilowatt reading
    14th March 2016 - Meter Reading 4026.72
    3004.89 over 8 1/2 years
    2- bed flat (bedroom tax, grrr)

    my house is all electric been here for 434 days just over a year

    consumption so far a whopping 28337kwh at a cost of £3685.92
