Well I had a good laugh at my cat trying to catch a butterfly the other day. She's such a fat cat and thought she could catch it but she was far too slow. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

One of my cats used to catch moths and butterflies. It was quite comical watching her. She's too old now and just sits and watches them instead.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
Mortgage free since 20140 -
The whole time Mr tigerbabies has been coming in he's been a little broken thing.
He started demanding cuddles
And to see him jump, run and clearly try to get me a present was lovely.
PIckle has just brought me a bird as a thank you for the chicken0 -

Hi Mellymoo, I hope you are feeling a great deal better now you have taken the decision to leave the stress behind?
It is wonderful Stripey/Tigerbabies is playing, just wonderful! :T:T:T
I always say, if a tigger has energy to waste, that is a happy, healthy tigger. You have reminded me of Lisa, back when she was healthy, suddenly executing a series of vertical take offs and hitting the patio door with her paw. I thought she had taken leave of her senses until I realised there was a blob of bird pooh on the outside and she was trying to get it...
Stripey sounds as if he is doing so much better and he looks so much more relaxed in the piccies. When will we know his results, please? Are you feeling more optimistic about them now? I am, Mellymoo, you have done a terrific job on all your furry friends.0 -
Starting to smodlet just need to find another job now.
3 weeks he goes to be retested.
Tomcat came in 5 mind after last post
Was a purry bundle of cuddles so I figure he's battered whatever jumped him.
The chicken was whole breast Kiev that madam woke up, then tried stealin from plate, fork and mouth until she was given some. A small bird is clearly a fair swap.
Tiger didn't want to go out this morning, he got so carried away by the brushing he completely lacerated my hand
I screamed (it hurt) he them stuck his nose on the shredded bits and blinked at me (so a sorry I think)
His claws are lethal0 -
Oh dear, he will have to learn that, "no claws" means just that. Charlie loves being brushed, I think it is his favourite thing in the whole world but when he starts tight-banister walking or taking swipes with his claws, I stop brushing until he desists. Stripey will learn, too... in the meantime, could I suggest gardening gloves? Assuming you can actually hold the brush while wearing them
Will be looking in regularly. I wish you the best of luck with results and job hunting. It sounds as if you have an amazing skill set, Mellymoo.

He's not lacerated me before smodlet OH plenty but me he's usually too busy demanding a love.
I saw him outside
He did a double take lol
He then came jumped up and had a love followed by a wander off he's not ready for his food and snooze yet.0
