Check your profile information if no d.o.b then maybe that's why no birthday swagup?

No, I got it last year - think it was 50SB or something, but nothing this year.

Did you get the Swag Up but the 55 SBs weren't added back to your account? Or did you not get the Swag Up at all?
I had the email and I did place an order so I assume they weren't added back...

I raised a ticket using the online process. As it was about the Birthday SwagUp I got a boiler plate response (which may have said to check my spam folder!) but when I responded to that, using the Reply function with the email, I got a link which enabled me to access the SwagUp.

I am pretty sure they stopped doing the 50sb birthday present when they reduced payments on everything else!

They changed it ages ago to a swagup that lasts a month, but needs to be claimed from a link in an email they send you, but increased it to 55sb

Likewise, mine is coming up in May- so we'll see what happens!

BTW- here's the link confirming the change.

    Regarding the birthday swag up:

It was my birthday last week. I received the e-mail and activated the swag up.
I checked my "swag up" list and it was showing as active.
Today I ordered an Amazon voucher.
At the top of the order screen was a big banner saying something like "Your swag up is still active" etc.
I bought the Amazon voucher and the swag up got applied to my account instantly, meaning 849sb was deducted for the voucher and 55sb was added back to my account.

So it worked ok for me.
I hope things get straightened out for everybody else.

The only minor disappointment is the swag up does not count towards hitting my daily goal(!)

Incidentally, I verified the order using the security question, the order showed as "verified" in my account, but I still got the e-mail asking for verification (which I assume I can ignore).
