    Regarding the birthday swag up:

It was my birthday last week. I received the e-mail and activated the swag up.
I checked my "swag up" list and it was showing as active.
Today I ordered an Amazon voucher.
At the top of the order screen was a big banner saying something like "Your swag up is still active" etc.
I bought the Amazon voucher and the swag up got applied to my account instantly, meaning 849sb was deducted for the voucher and 55sb was added back to my account.

So it worked ok for me.
I hope things get straightened out for everybody else.

The only minor disappointment is the swag up does not count towards hitting my daily goal(!)

Incidentally, I verified the order using the security question, the order showed as "verified" in my account, but I still got the e-mail asking for verification (which I assume I can ignore).

Yes, ignore the verification email. They seem to send that instantly when you "snag" the voucher when, at the same time, they present you with your security question on-screen. So, as long as it says "verified" you don't have to do anything else until you get the next email saying the voucher is available.

I complained about my birthday swagup not crediting and they just ignored my emails, never had a reply - nor credit.

Did you start the "complaint" using the online facility or did you go straight to email? I would start online so that one gets a reference code for the query.

    Hi

does anyone know what this survey was?

    Answers: Dashboard - U492942 - Complete 114 SB

i've been credited it but I don't remember doing it - and I don't wanna bet my monthly bonus on them not taking it back....

I know this isn't the correct thread, but no-one's replied to my question in the right place! As you're all survey completing, voucher grabbing types ;) Has anyone ever redeemed a John Lewis voucher from Valued Opinions? Is it an e-Voucher? They can't be bothered to reply to my email. Thanks

I haven't but it says on site that it is a John Lewis gift card (not an e-voucher)? I'm assuming that there is a code that you can then input for online use?
