Thanks, maths is not my strong point- esp when it comes to large figures! Is that right now- should read twenty six thousand and nine pounds and nine pence?

You need a 0 before the last 9 for the nine pence, i.e. £26,009.09.

Just got DQ'd from a Gold Survey about Hilton Hotels at the very last one or two questions - it ended with all the usual q's about marriage status, income, education and then asked if anyone in the household was active or retirement military - there was no 'no' option, only 1) active, 2) retired, 3) prefer not to say. I chose 3) since that was the closest to 'no' - obviously I chose the wrong one. Just a heads-up to anyone else who gets this survey - don't say 'prefer not to say' !
