Fuming is a understatement. Been on the phone with them already saying 5-7 working days for a refund to monies they should never have taken. I am not in a position to wait 7 days for the funds to be returned I explain this to them and they offer me free lottery tickets so with me going overdrawn receiving charges on that for my fuel which was purchased via pay at the pump luckily I can cancel direct debits but still not a good situation I think a call to ibas will be made.

Free lottery tickets with no guarantee on return so cant be sure I will cover my losses for their mistake is not ok by my standards

I might have misunderstood what you meant by "cancel direct debits", but just to be sure:

The Direct Debit Guarantee entitles you to a full immediate refund from your BANK. So if Play Lottery are being unhelpful simply phone your bank and demand an immediate refund. Any response from the bank starting "Unfortunately....." should be met with a firm reminder of the Direct Debit Guarantee and that they are legally obliged to refund your money immediately. (In practice I think "immediate" will probably mean next day.) I have done this a couple of times and it does work if you are firm with them.

toolbar TV not working for me currently either. It was ok this morning.

I have been having a problem with the SB TV bar for a few days too. Suspiciously, when it gets to 80% or more and the percentage bar disappears. I try refreshing or clicking on a different box above the screen because sometimes it is switching to a different channel (the boxes above the video screen) when the percentage goes up.

Anyone had any problems with toolbar tv? Turnled computer on this morning and its running videos, the meter is there but its not crediting? Its not showing the maximum message either...
