John Lewis Gift Card problem - where they didn't include the security codes now seems to be resolved.
I had raised tickets for the three incorrect vouchers I'd received, eventually I got mail on 22nd Oct to say they were looking into it.
Not heard anything since and this evening I noticed that the entries in "My Gift Cards" were asking if I wanted the email re-sent. I clicked to do that, went through the process and lo and behold this time the security numbers are on the vouchers :-)
It would have been helpful for someone at the Help Desk to have updated the ticket to give me an idea of what to do, but hey ho, I got there in the end.
If anyone else had the problem and hasn't yet been able to get the revised vouchers, try getting the email re-sent.0 -

Are these the first vouchers he has sent for? Is he getting other mail from SB? My first though would be to check the email address on the account, even one letter wrong will mean it doesn't reach him and typos are so easy to make.
Is his email something like gmail where its an imap account and mail is accessible from a web interface? Try looking there to see if it actually arrived and perhaps his email client has decided it was junk and ditched it?
Can't think of anything else, other than if you have access to Facebook to ask in the Swagbucks UK page and /or send a PM to swagbucksuk (who do post there) via that.

This happened a while ago to me, It just stopped sending me emails to me hotmail account. I just created a new email account and changed it in swagbucks and now it works.0 -
I've had some problems with Flash on surveys today, only on SB. I've started 3 research now ones with PL and all have stopped working part way through. There have been a lot of others saying I don't have Flash when I do. I think SB must be having an issue because I've checked my settings in Safari.Minimalist
