Unless you have a fixed, rather than a dynamic IP address (dynamic 'can' change each time your router connects) then have you tried rebooting your router? Make a note of your current IP address, reboot the router and see if its changed. If it has try accessing the gift card code again?

I'm having exactly the same issue. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE and all are the same. I've updated to version 23 of Flash as above. No ad blockers running.

Google shows some Reddit threads about it with no obvious solution although one person said unplugging their router for an hour sorted it, which makes it sound like it might be something to do with IP addresses.

Thanks for people's comments. I have had a message back from ngcecodes and can now access the card no problem. Goodness knows what happened - what I found odd was that I got two other codes from swagbucks fine just before!

Happy now - all working (for me at least!)

Anyone having problems with Gift cards please, My OH is my referral and redeemed two different amazon on different days, he says he never got the email. So I did check in case he deleted it he hasn't. But on his account its showing in my gift cards, so I clicked to resend the gift card email a few days ago but nothing has come through.

Emailing SB didn't help as they decided to ignore the message and send an automated step by step instruction of how to redeem, I already know how to do that thanks.

So I decided on my own account to click resend gift card email to see how long it would take, it came through instantly.
Does anyone know why he's not getting the verification email please, when its showing as in his gift cards?
