DRO questions
Options
Morning all
Just wondered if anyone can help with these questions I have?
My husband is considering a DRO but is worried he would lose his job / not be eligible for a DRO as he sells finance at work? He is FCA accredited but does that stop him doing a DRO?
He's in sales. His pay varies each month. Some months we scrape through, most we end up borrowing from Wonga the day after he's paid. I don't want to be refused because some months he earns more because on those months we normally pay back what he didn't earn in the other months.
It's causing our marriage a huge strain, he's already working all the hours he can and worried for his health because of the stress.
Thanks in advance x

The answer will be in his employee handbook or contract of employment.
He needs to read through that carefully, and if unsure he can either ring HR at his work (anonymously is best if possible) or even the FCA (anonymously again) and if it mentions anywhere that entering into insolvency, or even any form of composition with his creditors is not allowed then he needs to act accordingly.
Once he has checked and got an answer, then maybe you can let us know on here?0
