I suggest you haven't checked Nominet and the third phoenix of PTAS https://www.appealparkingticket.co.uk and see who that is registered to and where the domain points to ?

    Domain name:
    appealparkingticket.co.uk

    Registrant:
    Tim Curgenven

    Registrant type:
    UK Individual

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

I am more interested how you cite yourself as being a regular poster on MSE with so few posts to the name and at this rate you will have doubled your postings just on this thread alone.

I'm sorry perhaps I worded that wrong I meant as the Deep was a regular poster I was interested in his view. I never post just read.

thanks guys, interesting. So, is this good or bad?

Tony Taylor runs an appeals service which of course is a competitor of the appeals company that I cannot possibly mention but indicated in my signature !

It would therefore be unprofessional of me to make any comment regarding the service he provides !

As a regular contributor to MSE I will be very interested in your views on the first group ... they have no power, they are non enforceable etc.etc.

I spent about ten minutes reading it and shall not be returning. It is all over the place, but the Facebook format is unsuitable fir in depth consideration of the problem.

However, anything which encourages people to question these spurious invoices is to be encouraged, especially if they link to MSE/ppp etc.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Facebook is fine for those sharing friends or complaining etc but not a good idea for such an in depth subject

I joined both groups to see what it is all about and have to agree with you. It is an extremely user unfriendly method of trying to deal with parking issues.

There is no structure and no list of threads.

I am not a fan of fakebook anyway, having had to get the police involved when my son was threatened with violence. Luckily they were extremely helpful and sorted it out with a visit and a "friendly chat" with the gentlemen concerned.

I may pop in every now and then as I do with the Aldi fakebook page and try to direct people here, but I shall not be a regular poster there.
I married my cousin. I had to...
